Purpose of the use of Personal Data

MagVenture uses personal data only when this is necessary for the performance of a contract or when we register you as a contact person in connection with a potential or existing cooperation/commercial relationship.

The legal basis for this is found in Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (the General Data Protection Regulation).

Data Category

We only process data that can be regarded as ordinary personal data and are therefore not information about criminal convictions or offences, nor any special category of personal data. If we need such data, you will receive separate notification thereof, and we will ask you for your consent in advance.

The data are ordinary contact details.

Data Recipients

We share personal data with our associated companies. If these companies are established in other countries of the EU/EEA or third countries, this will take place based on our internal binding corporate regulations.

We also share personal data with Data Processors who have Data Processing Agreements signed with us that comply with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Deletion Deadline

We have not defined a special period or deadline for how long we will store your personal data for.

Our policy is to store your personal data for as long as a commercial relationship exists or could potentially arise. You can enquire and be notified at any time whether there are any personal data registered about you and/or demand that such data be deleted. See below underneath “YOUR RIGHTS”.

Your rights

You have the following rights that you can take advantage of:
- right to access the personal data we have registered about you;
- right to correct and delete the personal data registered about you;
- right to object to the processing of personal data or right to limit such processing;
- right to revoke consent if the processing of your data is based on consent;
- right to receive personal data you have provided yourself in a commonly used, structured and machine-readable format;
- right to complain to a supervisory authority – normally the Danish Data Protection Authority.

Use of Cookies

MagVenture’s website uses Cookies in order to personalise your user experience on the website. A ”Cookie” is a text file that is placed on your hard drive by a web server.
