MMC-140 A/P
The coil is designed for advanced clinical studies where double blinded research experiments are required. The coil functions both as an active (A) coil and as a placebo (P) coil. It is not possible for the operator to see or hear which side is used. The coil is parabolic in shape to provide a powerful and focused stimulation. To simulate stimulation on the placebo side a built-in vibrator generates mechanical vibrations synchronous with the stimulation pulse.
